The purpose of the learning tool is to provide employees with tools to discuss the themes themselves and with eachother.

The basis of the individual development plan is this: just in time, just in place, just enough. We work adaptively; employees only learn the things that they need to develop. Working with an individual development plan makes the learning results visible. The employee and manager make clear agreements on learning objectives and output, creating a shared responsibility during the learning process.

As part of workplace learning we encourage knowledge-sharing, learning from and with each other through co-creation. Participants are guided by practical counsellors and mentors in the workplace.
