Why this workshop / training?

The client is king, and we would like him to stay our king. We like to serve him well, careful, quick and against sharp prices. The client is demanding, and for a good reason… but perhaps not always? We like to fulfil the procurement demands and try to keep on finding our way in the (administrative) abundance. It is an art to stay away from the stress, sometimes it is all, sometimes nothing; both cost a lot of energy. How can we play the game as good as possible? It is an art to build sustainable relations, with honest and sometimes difficult decisions and messages.
In this workshop we investigate how to bring more relaxation in relations with clients and how to be able to stand firmly in your shoes.

Programme

In various work formats (consultation, plenary and in sub groups, with the help of casuistry and a roadmap) we focus on the following aspects:

  • We zoom in on our position as a supplier and zoom out to the client and the whole chain.
  • We will regard the chain inclusive society from a higher perspective (the helicopter) in order to decide clearly on our position as an individual and company.
  • We investigate how to shape a relation with clients in a sincere way.
  • We investigate how you, as a supplier, can maintain a good feeling about business relations, both long- and short term.

Results

  • Insight in the own moral position as a supplier.
  • Reinforce the personal moral (convictional) strength.
  • Insight in the way to carefully solve ethical dilemmas
