Why this intervention?

Innovation is becoming more and more important to retain the lead. A new way of thinking, innovation labs, incubators, thought leaders, a start-up mentality etc. are necessary for tomorrow’s world. Too often companies tell suppliers what the question is on which they should align their offer. Classic of course are tenders where there’s only limited opportunity to come up with innovation. However, the question is: Do organisations and more specific buyers know best what the trends in the market are and do they know what their client want?
