Why this approach in a training/workshop?

By choosing a new perspective and learn to look at where the strength is in ourselves, others, the organisation and partners, we increase commitment and people start to flourish again. It is a starting point for supported change, in which all strong character traits of people are deployed. There is alignment for realisation of the desired change, the desired strategy and dreamed future. The unique thing of AI is that we involve as much stake holders as possible in the system for a maximum utilisation of all strengths and creation of alignment. By appreciative working together and to co-create, sustainable partnerships will be formed within the whole chain in the company management.
