Why this training?

Do you also sometimes wonder what positive contribution you have as a unique person within your team? What are your specific characteristics and how do you ensure authenticity?

Values In Action (VIA) takes a look at the qualities that you have as a person in the area of character traits. Apart from skills, knowledge or interests every human being has its own strengths by possessing positive character traits.

By using these characteristics, you learn how special and capable they are. Your personal character traits are what makes you authentic and unique! Your contribution in a team is important and this ensures a feeling of commitment. All members within a team have their own strengths. By using the positive character traits of everybody from the team, you create a strong team which improves and reinforces each other.

Results after this training:

By filling in the VIA Survey all team members get insight in 24 character traits. Which ones are in their strength and ensure a positive contribution? Everybody receives directly, via a digital system, their own report with unique personal character traits.

After the training the team members integrate their strong character traits in their lives, both private and in their work. They have insight in their character traits and know how to use them. This ensures positive contributions and makes the team authentic and unique. They also mutually appreciate the qualities, therefore ensuring an effective cooperation.
